Its One App, LLC · its1bid.com · Updated August 2026
Its1Bid targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance (working toward 2.2 AA) across the public site and both consoles. Because public entities use this platform to deliver a government service, we treat the U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 ADA Title II web accessibility rule — which adopts WCAG 2.1 AA for state and local government digital services with compliance dates in 2026–2027 — as applying to us through our customers, and Section 508 where federal money is involved.
Keyboard-navigable interfaces, visible focus states, semantic headings and labels, sufficient color contrast on the modernist palette, text alternatives for meaningful imagery, and forms that announce their errors. Accessibility is an acceptance criterion in our build process, and a bidder who cannot submit because of an accessibility defect is treated as a critical (drop-everything) bug — we understand that an inaccessible bid form is a denied opportunity, not a cosmetic issue.
A third-party WCAG audit and a published VPAT (Accessibility Conformance Report) are on our roadmap ahead of general availability; until that audit is complete we do not claim certified conformance. Complex data tables in the evaluation console are being incrementally improved for screen-reader navigation.
If any part of this platform is difficult to use with assistive technology, or you need an accessible alternative to complete a submission before a deadline, contact support@its1app.com with the solicitation number. Accessibility reports are triaged the same business day. See also our Terms and Security practices.
